Our Rules and Policies
We care about your comfort. This is why we have provided a small list of rules and policies to help keep Green Acres a happy, safe, and comfortable place to live.

All tenants must undergo a thorough screening process to ensure that they are a good fit for our community. This screening process is required before any sales can be made. For further information, please visit our main office where our friendly staff will be happy to assist you.

Green Acres Park is an owner-occupied community only. This means that we do not allow any form of rentals, including short-term rentals, long-term rentals, or vacation rentals. We believe that this policy helps to create a strong sense of community and ensures that all residents are invested in the upkeep and maintenance of our park.

We do not allow solicitation of any kind in the park. This includes door-to-door sales, flyers, and other forms of unsolicited marketing. Sales and solicitations in the park are strictly prohibited, other than by appointment with an individual resident.

All home sales must be approved by management prior to listing a unit for sale. This is to ensure that all sales are in line with our community standards and that we maintain a high level of quality throughout the park. Green Acres Park Management will not release any information to realtors or buyers until the listing is active on the MLS.
